The Pre-set Neutral Panels are comprised of ARIAS-US certified arbitrators (or other recognized qualification or certification) who are experienced in the insurance and reinsurance business and dispute resolution processes. 

Individual arbitrators may form panels based upon peer recognition, prior service together, or a desire to work as a panel together in the future.  The roster of arbitrators was created to enlist a broad spectrum of industry professionals to allow parties and their counsel a number of options for consideration.  Panels are not created based upon agreement as to substantive issues, prior rulings or expectations of unanimous decisions.

Importantly, the panels of arbitrators commit to the highest standards of ethical conduct as exemplified in the ARIAS-US Code of Conduct. Arbitrators are obligated to disclose any potential conflicts of interest and agree to commit to the Pre-Set Neutral Procedures and Ground Rules.
